Shipments and returns

At this stage we offer download (virtual) products only. After purchase you will get an email with download instructions. Some products will contain multiple download links.
After download we advise you to create backups of your purchase. In case you exceeded the download limits, please contact us under support@silva3d.com.

Shipping of digital downloads is free of course.

We are located in germany and so fall under german law. According to german law, digital downloads are handled different compared to physical products and because of that a refund would not be possible.
Of course we want our customers to be pleased, so in case of a problem with one of our products, please let us know. We will try our best to solve that problem as fast as possible.
